Who we are and What we do - Also Returns and Problems

Greetings and welcome.  1800 eat paint is my passion project in hopes that someday I will be able to travel and work. 

Most of the items that I carry are drop shipped from various printing companies.  Some items are original pieces and will ship out directly from Reno, Nevada.  It should state on each piece whether you are purchasing an original piece of art or a drop ship print item.

Also, in terms of returns, though I hope nothing is ever returned, you are allowed to return items if you do so within 30 days of purchase.  Since these items are made to order, we would prefer if you order carefully.  We totally understand if items come damaged, please return that, however when it comes to clothing - try and pick the size that is right for you. 

Most of the items are true to size.  I am trying really hard to pick items that are good quality.  Plus, most items should not shrink due to the fact that it is a sublimation print and most of the material is polyester based. 

Regardless, if you do need to return something, please contact me with your reason so that I will know.  If the print is bad or pixilated, if the image is blurry, or if something is off, anything, just let me know.  I am trying to make sure that everything comes out perfect, however I don't control the printing process.  All items are printed at various locations around the USA.  I have been picking the locations with the best reviews, so hopefully everything will be grand.  Also, the issue could be on my end.  Maybe my file is corrupted, maybe I used to low of a resolution or didn't account for the cut off edges.  If you could please tell me, I would really appreciate it.  I can usually easily adjust any file so that the error, if there are any, does not happen again.  I am literally just one person manning the computer, so if you find an issue email me directly so that I can fix it.  I will mail you a new version of the item you ordered once fixed (If you still want it).
